    Top right hand side of any page just under "Post New Thread" in green script you will see Watch Forum. If you click on this it will allow you to receive all new posts made on that particular forum. I suggest you go through the list of forums & click on all the ones you think you may be interested in following, otherwise you could be missing out on a lot of interesting threads/posts.
