    Good morning all,


    Please bear with me. I'm a PC illiterate. Trying to post something with my title being:

    "Some Pennsylvania rioters require $ 1 million bail".

    Ref article's mention of term "instruments of crime", as an emergency responder, I sometimes carry or have in truck some instruments/tools that are definitely "duel use". I asked some LEOs about this and was told to just be sure you've got your responder ID card with the stuff and all OK. This was Virginia; don't know about other places.

    The bail amount will help keep these turds in jail a while. No more catch and release. Hope they get a chance to become well acquainted with Bubba and Big Birtha.
