The major industrial nations ALREADY started to increase PPE inventories for distribution. This has been in the news for over a week.

Note article's "Pandemic Supply Chain Network".

Just add $$$$$$ and 89 million masks will already be in the distribution channels.

The World Bank is part of the problem. Small countries just cannot maintain the required infrastructure to accept PPE and pharma and have it distributed to makeshift clinics for a population that's already malnourished with preexisting health conditions.

The Trump administration is busy and doing quality work in addressing the epidemic / pandemic.

Do remember much of the response is not "pure" medical / health care. Roads need to be open. Airports need to be open. A larger law enforcement presence is required. CNN needs to join "Daily Worker" in the history books, ...
