    there is currently NO vaccine or cure for Covid-19 so it was obviously "something else".

    Watched the entire clip. Seems like something not right and they were probably trying to tranquilize him for psychological reasons. That's the only way that was legal anyway.

    The video was about an apparent behavioral/mental health issue. This happens everyday in emergency rooms across the country.
