Need to make percussion caps for your muzzle loading rifle or revolver?

You'll need to watch two vids to get the best combo. The first video shows you how to make match-head priming compound, but fails to show how to make the primer cups. The second video shows how to make the primer cups but uses toy cap pistol caps for the priming compound. Don't use toy caps, use your match-head jerry-rig. Crush the strike-on-box match heads and grind to powder. Scrape the material off the matchbox side's striking surface material with a knife to obtain that powder. When you mix the latter two powders, WATCH OUT! If you strike this combined powder, it will explode. It is difficult to find strike anywhere matches these days.

30 kg ANSU (Ammonium Nitrate + Sugar) Old Gzr: these guys may have been using ammonium nitrate and aluminum powder, then lied about using sugar gunpowder. Aluminum powder is very, very volatile.
