    I live in the city but I can tell you being out for a walk, which I’m doing right now, greatly helps my mental health. My routine is to run for a mile and then check social media while I walk back home, which I’m doing now. Of course I’m staying away from people, especially because sometimes I’m coughing after my run due to my asthma. And yea, the air seems a little cleaner without so many cars on the road. Thanks for the article!
