Article tells of other state programs in re travel restrictions. Virginia has much less travel restrictions because Hampton Roads is packed with critical skill workers for the USN and northern Virginia is packed with critical skill workers for the governmental agencies.

Wonderiing how this is going to work out here in Virginia.

One of the significant telling problems is that Hampton Rhodes is a high mobility area in having so much Navy and related businesses around here..other commerce too. And then there is Washington DC.
