Adam does not directly pay for the USCG flight operations nor the other large costs. The taxpayers do - via the new tax program of increased gasoline taxes. Thus, plan to spend another couple of bills for Adam's hedonistic pleasures.

Note the overall California emergency preparedness. The USCG helo did not fly directly to a hospital helipad.
