People without SSNs ....certain laws and or regulations do not apply to them ....as do they people with SSNs.

The Government does not want this information out to the general public about the nature of laws and SSNs.

This also will not be taught in public schools....ever.

Different jurisdictions at law....if correctly argued in court....or the court proceedings do not apply at all to people without SSNs.
