    Mold is a nice place, a small town in a river valley surrounded by mountains I used to go climbing and caving on geography field trips there when I was young. We also used to do silly sports like scree running back then (before health & safty). It's a wild but very forgiving landscape but with plenty of natural shelter and freshwater springs, it is ideal for camping or D of E type walking groups.
