We should do as the Israeli's do...Shoot them in the groin or buttocks with a .22 cal rifle...But the powers of the gov says no to that...I still think we should..

Well understood.

Over the decades I've attended so many briefings, seminars, classes on why the use of force must be minimized to the max by government ... one reason was to prevent riots.

 

Pump shotguns w/birdshot to disperse. If no result, buckshot.

Can shoot the street and allow pellets to ricochet up into legs of aggressors. Disperses the shot.

 

There's Puff the Magic Solution. Too, all of this could get a little bit Spooky.
