    The Jan 1990 "MedicAid Mills" picture is interesting. I'm sure they caught the culprets and got the money back.

    The March 1993 cramped apartment doesn't appear too terrible for 4 people. Uncomfortable ? Perhaps or "yes" but it looks like better quality housing - and living - than others not on welfare.

    The Jan (June?) 01 picture; ...... Doesn't it represent goodness to eliminate tenants in hotels ? To me, it does.

    Is there a money order machine at 420 Lexington Avenue ? Am guessing the donations are tax deductable.
