At section titled "Open Shelters" (a/k/a/ COVID-19 Friendly), understand the meaning of pet friendly. People will still show up with 2 horse trailers and 2 beautiful pets.

A colleague of mine has a bumper sticker on his car that has a great line:

Recommend not to stand in water if electricity working in house.
