    HHS, CDC and other orgs did not factor in ultra-cold refrigerators when the pharma companies got the go-ahead ?

    Perhaps Monteray and Salinas could use a USNS boat like the San Diego ported USNS Mercy. This can allow for protecting the vaccine vials and also to allow the continued deep-chill of the mermaids. They are no longer friendly like those in Florida.
