Collectivist takeover of the Supreme Court under way. Next phase in the lead-up to second American civil war begins. This attack on the Supreme Court will be remembered as the Fort Sumter of America's second civil war. Conservative states will no longer feel compelled to follow the dictates of the false rulers in Washington D.C.. It is now understandable why the invalid government in D.C. has surrounded itself with vetted troops and razor wire.

"Democrats to propose legislation expanding the Supreme Court"

    https://www.foxnews.com/politics/democrats-expanding-supreme-court-forthcoming-legislation

"Democratic lawmakers are set to unveil legislation Thursday to expand the number of justices on the Supreme Court.

"Sen. Ed Markey, D-Mass., and Reps. Jerry Nadler, D-N.Y., Hank Johnson, D-Ga., and Mondaire Jones, D-N.Y., will hold a press conference on Thursday to introduce the proposal on the steps of the Supreme Court.

"Given their control of the White House and the Senate, the legislation could allow them to supersede the current conservative majority by 'packing' the Court with liberal justices."

    https://defconnews.com/2021/04/14/scotus-liberal-decries-biden-scheme-to-pack-nations-highest-court/

"The scheme by Joe Biden’s handlers to execute a hostile takeover of the judicial branch has run into unexpected opposition by one of the members of the liberals on the nation’s highest court.

"Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer reacted negatively to Biden’s executive order to create a commission tasked with providing political cover for the administration to pack the court to offset the influence of the three conservative appointments made by former President Donald J. Trump.

"Justice Breyer delivered his remarks remotely at Harvard University Law School’s Scalia lecture and advised Americans to think 'long and hard' about such a radical move that would undermine 'the trust that the court has gradually built.'

“'What I’m trying to do is to make those whose instincts may favor important structural change or other similar institutional changes such as forms of court packing to think long and hard before they embody those changes in law,' Breyer said.

"He added, 'I hope and expect that the court will retain its authority … which was hard won. But that authority, like the rule of law, depends on trust. A trust that the court is guided by legal principle, not politics. Structural alteration motivated by the perception of political influence can only feed that latter perception, further eroding that trust.'

"No sooner had the words left his lips, the vicious Twitter mob flew into action, mounting a campaign to effectively cancel the 82-year-old by demanding that he be pushed into retiring."

Lying inferior supreme court justice can't count.

"Fact Check: Sotomayor Claims 100,000 Children ‘in Serious Condition,’ on ‘Ventilators’"

"CLAIM: U.S. Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor: 'We have over 100,000 children, which we’ve never had before, in serious condition, many on ventilators,' from coronavirus.

"VERDICT: FALSE. There are about 4,000 children in hospital from coronavirus.

"Justice Sotomayor made several factually false statements during oral arguments Friday at the Supreme Court, as the justices considered challenges to President Joe Biden’s vaccine mandates, including a mandate on large private employers."

"These Democrats Voted Against Protecting The Supreme Court Justices"

    https://www.dailywire.com/news/these-democrats-voted-against-protecting-the-supreme-court-justices

"A slew of Democratic lawmakers voted Tuesday against a bill that would expand protections for Supreme Court justices and their families following the arrest of a man claiming he wanted to kill Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.

"The Supreme Court safety legislation, which passed the House in a 396 to 27 vote, now heads to the desk of President Joe Biden.

"The Senate had passed the legislation unanimously in May, but it has been stalled in the House of Representatives, prompting sharp criticism from Republicans who said that the bill should be passed immediately to protect the justices.

"Authorities arrested Nicholas John Roske, 26, of Simi Valley, California, in the Washington suburb of Chevy Chase, Maryland, early in the morning on June 8. A Department of Justice affidavit details how Roske allegedly traveled to Kavanaugh’s home armed with weapons and burglary tools with the intent to kill the justice and prevent him from ruling on Second Amendment and abortion cases."
