    Not a puff-piece article; just a somewhat balanced report accepting that the NY Post has a clear plot mark on the political spectrum,......

    Note: "Most people are not stupid or suicidal".

    Ah, the tranquility and return to the art deco days of immediate post WWII prosperity:
    "pastel retirement communities have rates of sexually ..." LOL !

    Meanwhile, those without pre-existing routine revenue streams are not suicidal.

    Recall the now famous quote from Michael Harrington's 1962 book "The Other America":

    "Socialism for the rich and capitalism for the poor".
