Use Black Salt/pink/red...?

Anyone use salt other than the common white stuff?
Most white salt around here comes from the salt mines under Lake Erie.
I have Black Hawaiian Sea Salt (pink) Black salt Himalayan pink salt, and just ordered an 8 variety pack from Amazon.

I cook, fiance can't. She's blind ya know. If she tried to cook she'd harm herself.
She's not totally blind, but legally blind. We love attending the movies but must sit in the 4th or 5th
row from the screen so she can see it well enough.
She can watch t-v but it's a 62" screen I bought for her.
I'm deaf in the left ear and she can't see.
