    A oiless vacuum pump is cheaper on electricity, is faster, doesnt were out as fast and there isnt the cost and the mess of getting rid of the oil.
    expect to run the machine 20 to 24 hours for veggie and fruit. below 165MT or microns is best.
    Second You cannot spend too much on a good commercial grade enclosed vacuum sealing machine.
    Retort canning of meat is far better tasting in the Foil packaging if the meat is frozen and is 1/2 thick or better, before vacuum sealing.
