Water Consumption Article (fwiw)

    Good morning all,

    For prepper purposes, paragraph 2's "water is cheap" not applicable when "on the march" eg an evacuation.

    Did not realize beer is hydrating - because of the alcohol.

    Not clear about the mentioned tea and coffee since both are typically consumed as hot beverages and had learned that warm drinks do not hydrate like cold/cool drinks.

    "Lager" in the USA is not the same as real lager - at least from my experience. For that matter ,American "beer" is closer to being corroded bolt opener than a beverage like the beers available outside the USA.

    This article was short enough so I can say it was worth reading but little value to me because the article involves the "sheltered suburbs" environment and my prepper activity dictates when I can stop for a hydration break.

    Meanwhile, time for an espresso break - combined with a water break ........
