    Making assumptions (bad habit to get into). 1{ China has / had a cure, prior to release of the virus, so is not concerned about the infection rate. 2{ China was then and is still hiding the true infection numbers. 3{ China does not care how many of it citizens get sick and die. 4 { Face saving is the only thing that matters to the Chinese Government.
