    This is becoming a very disturbing trend. I don't understand how a company can continue to operate with such staggering loss figures, before finally pulling the plug. How and why? I do not understand.

    "The refinery posted a net loss of $193.3 million in 2023, and cost $410/tonne to produce aluminium, compared to $250/tonne at the company's other WA refineries."
